Lesson Learned

I went yesterday to pick up my new roomate from the airport. On the way back while transferring trains, I had my walled stolen. I was knocked off balance by someone from behind and while I tried to hang onto a suitcase, someone snatched the wallet. Thankfully no charges were made on my cards and I only lost around $100-$125 US.
If there were a good time to be robbed that was probably it, because I had just made some big purchases earlier that day leaving my wallet a little lighter than it could have been. I also received some great tips and advice for carrying and storing money while traveling. With some luck, I should be able to survive on the $200 in travelers checks I left back at the apartment.
So yesterday was not so good but things are looking better. Tomorrow I'm hanging out with my friend Elaine whos is stopping through on a big European trip. Should be fun.
Until next time,
Jeremy
P.S. Here are some photos from the sighseeing I've done so far.
